We meet Liane Edwards for the second time to chat about her new live album 'Caught Red Handed'.

Liane tells us how she got to France following her studies of the French language in the USA. She met and married her French husband who introduced her to the idea of becoming a singer and songwriter. He plays bass in her band. Liane has been in France for 14 years and says that she plans to stay forever.

We discuss the recording of the CD and how the audience played a big part in the feeling of the whole production.
All the songs are originals with the exception of one 'Carolina my mind' which she sings for her parents in the US.

As always Liane really pulls out the stops to produce a great CD. She does admit to having had a few nerves before stepping on stage but I think you will agree that there is absolutely no evidence of that.

Liane has agreed to work with us from next year to produce a monthly programme of what is going on in the Country scene in France. We hope you will tune in and get involved in this very lively music.
