Now that we have opened the doors, we'd like to invite you to bring your skills, hobbies and interests to the site. With a variety of artists and presenters bringing new programmes we'd like your ideas to add to the mix to make it a real box full of suprises!

How can you do this? Well, we want you to let us showcase your talents. Do you play or write music? Write stories or poetry? Take brilliant photos or paint? Whatever you do that you feel other expats or 'would be' expats would like to become involved in, drop us a line at: info@box424.com....there's no need to be shy!

You could perhaps let us know your thoughts by visiting the forum which is located under the 'More' button on the Home page. There is also the chance to advertise your club and its activities free in our listings section. If you haven't listed before, there is a help section at the bottom of each page which will give you more details on how to do it.

Have a look at Heather's cookery section in the programme file. Try her recipes and give us your suggestions for more.

My wife has also added her Dutch apple pie recipe (yes, she's really Dutch!). We'd be happy to have your favourite recipe and invite you to speak to us about it in a special cookery programme. And ladies, don't forget to listen to superchef Jean-Christophe Novelli's interviews with us!!!

Those of you with audio or video skills might like to consider sending us your home made features. It can be about your area, life or anything else. Our plan is to provide you with as many ways as possible to connect with your expat colleagues wherever
