We aim to help and entertain expats everywhere by looking in detail at everything from legal issues to financial advice and from cookery to music. We want to bring the expat community together, help people and have some fun in the process.
Box424.com started life as a much smaller site Expatsradio.com, but as time went on and demands changed, Box424.com was created to meet those needs.
We are a small team of like-minded individuals from mixed media backgrounds including radio and television, animation and web development. We saw that there was a real need for good information and entertainment for expats in a different format to just plain text and so we set about creating it.
After several months it became very clear that people liked what we were doing and more and more people came on board with reporters and writers from Australia to Canada so, we had to grow. This is when the concept of a massive community and media driven site was born with the aim of catering for expats and want-to-be-expats worldwide.
The start of this project was bumpy, with the initial development team taken on to build the new site being unable to complete our brief. This setback meant a re-assessment and re-design. With re-branding and a new, more experienced development team on board Box424.com was born.
The whole of the Box424 site is designed for user interaction, post in the forums, leave feedback at the bottom of article and even send us your own articles or videos. With stronger community networking features coming very soon and a real focus on the needs of the expat, Box424 will just continue to get better and better.
We have more significant additions on the way and believe that Box424.com is set for big things and we want you to be a part of that.

Get involved and give opinions and help, write to us and do your own reporting. We love to receive articles, pictures and even video from our users. We truly want to make this into a site for expats with as much content created by expats as possible.
